You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data without undue delay.

  • The data has been unlawfully processed

  • Deletion is required by law

This right may be limited where legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations require us to retain data.

You have the right to request that we limit the processing of your personal data where:

  • You contest the accuracy of the data

  • Processing is unlawful but you oppose erasure

  • We no longer need the data, but you require it for legal claims

Where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request its transfer to another controller.

f) Right to Object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where processing is based on legitimate interests, unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights, and freedoms.

g) Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

h) Right Not to Be Subject to Automated Decision-Making

You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produce legal effects or significantly affect you.
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
